I'm now back to fully patched 2022 server.I have tried many of things to install IIS 6 management compatibility features. So i removed the server from SCCM the MP/DP was working fine btw, but since i felt like it screwed it up beyond repair i removed the roles and deleted the server from SCCM and deleted the VM. I have tried Removing the Wsus and deleting the database but when i do that i says Unable to open the physical file "C:\Windows\WID\Data\SUSDB.mdf" when i reinstall the wsus roles RAISERROR('Invalid schema version number', 16, 1) with nowait When i look in the post install log the only error i can find is You must either patch your WSUS server to at least that version or drop the database. Log file is located at C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\\WSUS_PostIns tall_20211130T122430.log Post install is starting Fatal Error: The schema version of the database is from a newer version of WSUS than currently installed. And yes i rebooted before launching the WSUS, and this is happening before i touches SCCM. Below is the error i get when i launch WSUS to do the post install things. However even before its added to SCCM I'm having some trouble with WSUS. Like i have done in the past i install the feature and roles so that way when i add the server to sccm, those are already there. When a new server comes out i try to make a MP/DP/SUP, for sccm just to get something new in there and make sure that works for a while, before standing up new one for the other boundary groups/ locations Standing up a new MP/DP also making it a Software update point, on a server 2022 fully patched.

I tried out Moom and it was nice as well, but I think the grid system is a distraction. I use a 22 inch monitor, but if I have a bigger monitor I will create more snap areas to optimize my desktop space. You can set the size, color, text prompt, visual prompt. The snap area prompt can be customized to your liking. I created a specific snap area for OmniFocus because the default 50% snap area is too small to display all the information that I need. The snap area can be set up as a universal snap area that applies to all applications or for a specification application. The standout feature from this app is the ability to create your own snap area. I assigned holding to move and to resize.) (Meaning, I don't use the window's top bar for moving or its corners for resizing because it's less efficient and I'm out of the habit now. It's actually become my default way to move or resize my windows. This is incredibly helpful when wanting to move or resize windows that are behind other windows. Besides being able to place windows exactly where I want them with a simple keyboard shortcut (or Drag Areas which I don't use), this app has a couple other features that are actually the most valuable to me: moving and resizing windows by simply holding modifyer key(s) and placing the cursor over any part of the window, whether the window is active or not. (And if I were to use Snap Areas, I can customize the look of them which is nice.) This app is incredibly useful for me for both software development and day-to-day use. Once you've set it up, it feels like it's just native OS behavior. For my use, BetterSnapTool is invisible and just works in the background to perform actions when I use certain modifyer keys and keyboard shortcuts. I think this is one of the best apps that you can get for just a few dollars.
